A grown man caught in the crossfire of his parents 15-year divorce discovers he was unknowingly part of a study on divorced children and is enlisted in a follow-up years later, which wreaks new havoc on his family.
It would probably work the best to watch this talky-therapy comedy in the same manner as you enjoy Adam Scott on “Parks and Recreation”; from the comfort of your home, you can watch Scott and Amy Poehler repel one another, or put yourself in his shoes as he makes out with a tattooed Jessica Alba. There are many ways to distract yourself from the notion that the script just isn’t that good.
